Rules of  Content Creation

While Elyu (and subsequently is an open domain for freedom of creation, there are some rules and procedures that have to be followed in order for the creation of certain things such as races, classes, kingdoms or worlds.

By joining our community (and signing up for our Discord server) you acknowledge that you understand the following rules and any breach of them can result in the suspension or termination of your membership. It is your obligation to familiarize yourself with the rules as follows:

1. All major additions to the website (including, but not limited to: races, classes, kingdoms or worlds) must first be discussed & approved by the Administrator and Staff. We do this to maintain a quality control over the content submitted to the site and as a reduction of stress to the staff.  This does not mean your idea will be rejected! It simply needs to be discussed.

2. Commitment to an idea.  If you have an idea for the site (whether its added content or modifying what is existing), great! Let us know! As a Creator, we expect a level of commitment to your idea, especially for the size of the idea.

We will not approve content if you are not willing to do the hard work of development and maintenance of that concept. If you cannot actively keep up to your concept, it may be unpublished and put on hiatus until you can give it focus again.

3. All Concepts and Content (of Elyu) are subject to a Democratic vote.  We believe largely in the opinion of our players and use them to develop our community as a whole. If something is overpowered, underpowered or just doesn't 'fit'; the community has the democratic power to bring the issue to a vote and discussion.

All final decisions are made by Administrations and Staff.

Player Conduct

This rule applies to Out of Character conduct. We are (mostly) adults here. We have the expectation that you as members can behave accordingly and maintain an sense of maturity about their behavior. If you have a problem with a player, you are expected to discontinue contact with that person, walk away from that player and the situation and address a Moderator with your concerns.

If you do not, you will be the subject to a temporary or permanent ban from all of

5. Anonymity. Where you come from and who you have played is entirely of your own discretion to reveal to other Members. If you do not want to tell other Members who you are, you do not have to do so.

However, you are required to state who you are and where you come from privately to the Administrator if asked.
